Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from Spain, shipping costs includes packaging and courier charges. Shipping cost depends on weight, size and destination. Orders are insured for the 100% of its value.

Delivery Time.

Orders are prepared within two working days. Delivery time could vary from 3 working days (Spain and Portugal, not islands) to 10 - 12 working days for international shipments. This timeline depends of the season of the year. Anyway we’ll do our best to delivery orders as soon as possible.

International shipments may be subject of custom taxes which will be paid by customer / recipient. In addition, shipments to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla could be charged with some custom taxes. Customer / recipient must be responsible of it.

Packaging.

Orders are packed to prevent damages that can spoil the content. In addition, merchandise is insured for the 100% of its value. You can check our Refund Policy in case you receive a damaged shipment.
