Comissions

If you want to commission a custom, one-of-a-kind artwork, here is how to do it:

1. First Contact.

Send me an email to shop@sergioeceiza.com briefly explaining what you want: a portrait, an illustration based on a real reference, an illustration about a specific subject...

I will reply you as soon as possible, confirming whether what you request is possible and proposing some formats and techniques, as well as the material I would need (photos, etc.).

2. Quote.

Once you decide how you want your artwork will look, I will send you a detailed quote with the most important concepts:

  • Format and materials.
  • Drawing technique.
  • Deadline.
  • Shipping costs.

Quote acceptance implies a 50% deposit.

3. Previous Sketches.

Upon quote approval and deposit payment is done, it's time to work. I'll create up to 3 sketches following your instructions. In the case of portraits of real people, I'll need several photos of the largest size and best resolution you can send me.

This step ensures that I've captured your thoughts and gives you a rough idea of what the final artwork will look like.

4. Starting your Artwork.

Once the final sketch is confirmed, you will proceed to pay the remaining 50% of the quote. I'll begin creating your original, custom artwork and your idea will come to life gradually.

I am a meticulous, detail-oriented illustrator so I'll take the necessary time to ensure that your unique, custom illustration becomes something lasting, one-of-a-kind.

I will acomplish the agreed deadline. If there is any delay or incident, I will keep you up to date at all times.

5. Finalization and Shipping.

Once the project is completed, I will ship it through my usual courier company, insuring the artwork for its full value. I will keep you informed about shipment from the moment it leaves my workshop until it reaches its destination.
